Tell U.S. to Support U.N. Resolution on Israeli Settlements

 In Israel, Middle East, Palestine

The UN Security Council is considering a draft resolution reaffirming that Israel’s settlements on Palestinian land in the West Bank and East Jerusalem “are illegal and constitute a major obstacle to the achievement of a just, lasting and comprehensive peace.”

One would expect that the Obama Administration would support this resolution since the President himself “does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements,” as stated in his June 2009 Cairo address.

But instead, the Obama Administration is threatening to use its veto in the Security Council once again to protect Israel from abiding by international law.

Peace Action is a member of the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, which has an online petition to U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice, urging her to vote in favor of the resolution in the Security Council. Please sign on and forward to interested individuals.

The continuation of these settlements is illegal and a serious impediment to peace and justice in the area.

The Jewish people were once without a homeland and oppressed in most places they lived. Now they have a homeland, Israel, and oppress the people who were their neighbors. They not only have Israel but continue to ccupy the land that is palestine, much like the Europeans did to native Americans. It is time to stop the occupation NOW>

      The Ashkenazim are NOT homeless.
Re-read Al Awda, the other side of the story, then read about the horrifying murders recorded by the Palestine’s Human Rights Commission, then interview a Lebanese about stolen water from Jews, then read about Pres. Bush’s evacuation of Christian Americans to escape from Israel’s bombs landed on apartments,
then read about the USS Liberty, then read about the 1992 air attack on Amsterdam, then freak out at being attacked by the Jew owned CNN News, ESPN, and CBS News, who can NO longer cover up murders and racial and religious hatred at the hands of the Jews, who have blood and dirt on their hands.
      No more sympathy for Ashkenazis.
Christians can NO longer protect them from their BAD Karma.

I support the current policy of forced de-segregation and integration of the Arabs, Bedouin, Gius, and other tribes within the rebuilt Jerusalem and other parts of the Palestina County. This de-segregation may help prevent another episode of embargoes and barricades and may help with dilution of large concentrations of persons prone to criminal activity.
